Terms And Conditions

1. The winner will receive a weekend break with accommodation in Manchester, including one evening meal. Winner will not receive spending money.
2. The winner must be available to travel over a weekend in Spring/Summer 2006
3. The winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries
4. The winner will be announced Monday 10th April 2006
5. One entry per person
6. Entrants must be aged 18 years or older on the date of travel
7. This promotion is run under the management of Universal Classics and Jazz, Universal Music, 364-366 Kensington High Street, London, W14 8NS. All enquiries should be directed to “Russell Watson Manchester Competition”, at the above address.
8. This promotion is open to all UK residents, except employees of the Promoter, agencies, stockists, their immediate families and anyone else connected with the promotion.
9. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY, to enter please fill in the entry form above.
10. Entries should arrive no later than 07/04/06, no entries will be accepted after this date.
11. The prize available is for 1 person + 1 guest only.
12. No cash alternative in place of any prizes and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes for others of equal value if necessary. Prizes are non-transferable.
13. The winners' names may be used in post-promotion publicity.
14. The name of the prizewinner(s) will be made available by post after 10/04/06.
15. The judges' decision is final and legally binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The promoter shall have no responsibility for acts or defaults of anyone connected with the promotion to the extent that such liability can be contracted out of law.
